That was close! We bought our new immediate superior car number 3707 and it came out 3704 first prize in the 4D draw this evening. Mind you, this is the 1st time we tried our luck on this number and at the last minute. Very interesting. Big money, yes, big money. I believe something bigger than the 4D first prize in on the way. Like what Latecia always say, COMINGGGGG!!!!!!!
Smily is looking for a good job and it's not easy. Understand he went for a few interviews.I had advised him to relax a little. It sure takes time.Well, his result will be out tomorrow. Wish him luck and hope to see him smilng all the way.
What else? It's Hougang by-election. PAP vs Workers' Party. My gut feeling tells me Ah Huat should win the contest. I am waiting for my idol Yam Ah Mee to announce the result. Let's bring him out please.........
My sole is hurting me badly. It can be due to muscle inflammation or some nerves problem but definitely not gout. Give me a few more days before I surrender myself to the clinic. Pain pain go away.......
The 5th Asean Festival of Arts at Novena Square. I am not a fan but just happened to be there this evening. Okay, now I am aware of this festival exists. Rock on!

Ice cream party for me and Margaret at U.d.d.e.r.@ Thomson. No, it's not only for the younger generation. We enjoyed the rich, creamy ice cream as well though it's a bit costly. Needless to say, we shall return for more. SSSSlurppppp!
HHG gathering May 2012 minus Pipi Lee and Neo Thiam Soon. Thank you Lee Hoon for organising this simple yet meaningful get-together at Chiso Zanmai @ The Central. Most of them has known each other for about 20 years. As for me, I join them in 1996. Well, this noisy bunch is full of warm and love. You can be assured of their presence and encouragement in bad times. As time goes by, the friendship and bond get stronger. Guess I won't be able to find another family of beautiful people like them. Thank you, guys!

It's on the way. Our Samsung 46" TV arrives tomorrow. Unfortunately, we had just found a suitable TV console ( to our liking ) at Courts Toa Payoh this evening. There's no way it can be delivered by tomorrow, so we arranged it to be on next Saturday. The good news is we pay $29.90 for the delivery which includes the disposing of my existing gigantic TV console. Gosh! What a relief. However, the new TV will temperory sits on my coffee table.
We joined in the Vesak celebration at Palelai Temple @ Bedok Simpang yesterday. The poor two resident monks were blessing the crowd without a break till I do not know when. We left the holy place at noon and had lunch at a Thai restaurant nearby. Surprisingly, Tom Yam Koong serves good, authentic Thai dishes.
Me and Margaret ordered tom yam soup, pandan leaf chicken, mango salad, pineapple rice and red ruby for dessert. The bill came up to about $30 without GST and service charge. It's resonable and value for money.
Since we were at the eastern part of Singapore, we proceeded to Changi City Point Shopping Centre and the Singapore Expo. Nice to be back, this time as a shopper at CCP. What a feeling! It's getting more beautiful and there were so many branded outlet stores. We couldn't believe our eyes when we passed by the BABY SPA. OMG! That's something new to us. Babies enjoying floating on those portable tubs of water. So cute.
After a comprehensive tour of CCP for Margaret, we marched to the S'pore Expo for the Harvey Norman Fair. To cut it short, we bought a Samsung 46" TV, 3 nos of standing fans and 2 nos of Nikon point and shoot cameras. The headache will come when we receive the credit card bill.
