Have a great weekend

TGIF! Hope everyone is having fun. As for me, I need to work on Saturdays. Okay lah, I am used to it already.... after all these years. In fact I find it weird to have off day on Saturday unless it's a public holiday. The festive season is getting closer. Starting October and November, me, Smily and Fyn are celebrating our birthdays. Sadly, Fyn is busy preparing for her GCE 'A' level. To make thing worse, her first exam paper falls on her birthday. Guess she will have to celebrate her special day in advance. Come December, we have Christmas and followed by New Year, after which uhh..... what else..... January 2009..... Chinese New Year and Margaret's birthday. Let the good times roll........

Main event of the month
Main event of the month: Smily 21st Birthday. Mama mia! Our boy is a young adult now. He is inviting his friends to our place this weekend. Guess what? I am making use of today which is a holiday to clean up the place. Margaret has commenced and is busy preparing food for the coming celebrations. Btw, I got the above photograph from his girlfriend's blog. Thanks, Sheryl. :)Tuesday, September 30, 2008

Happy 24th Wedding Anniversary
It's our 24th Wedding Anniversary. This year, me and Margaret are celebrating earlier for 23 September falls on a week day - Tuesday. Oh yes, we have to recall both Smily and Fyn to join in our dinner this evening. For those into 4D, try betting on this number 2309 ibet. It usually appears at this time of the year. Good luck!
The Formula 1 Grand Prix comes to Singapore. The first ever F1 night race will be held on 25 Sep 2008. Though not a fan, I wish them 'Success'. Remember Safety First, drive slowly hor. LOL. Vroom, vroom, vroom.......

Mid Autumn Festival 2008

It's full moon and the actual day of Mid Autumn Festival. All quiet on the Eastern Front and may we wish everyone 'Peace and Good Health'. Enjoy the mooncakes but watch out for those egg yolks in it.
Back to EPL, Arsenal scored 4 goals against Blackburn last night. Keep it up! This weekend's highlight is on the game that Liverpool beat Man U 2-1 and my Liverpool's friend, Brandon, can put a smile on his face despite the pressure at work. He won the R$500 bet on his team victory.

High Fever
OMG! Peizhi is being hospitalised for high fever. She is now warded at Graneagle Hospital for observation. Understand her fever has stubbornly refused to come down for the past few days. Moreover, her father is outstation. Pray that she has a speedy recovery.
I spent the whole day idle at home. Simply feeling restless and guess I need to give myself a good rest. I hope I can find some time to visit Peizhi tomorrow.

A call from Leslie

Leslie called to tell me that Chia will be back from China at the end of this month. He had accidentally pressed Chia's mobile number and that poor chap returned his call from Shanghai. His home coming is not complete without having a dinner with us. No doubt it's a very busy period for me at work, I will definitely free myself to attend this gathering. Coincidentally, Chia is also a good friend of Rajkumar. Raj, if you are reading this, please take note.
