I couldn't believe I put on 3 kg since last year. No wonder my tummy is growing bigger by the day. I didn't eat much for my meals. It must be those snacks and tit-bits in between. A good friend advised me to cut down my sugar intake which I strongly agreed with. Well said but not done. Haha. I shall start tomorrow..............
Blah, blah, blah.............. and it's not from my wife. Some good friends who call and want you to lend a listening ear for half an hour or more. It's rather rude to turn them down but I am rather tired at times. Lunch time is meant for food and rest before we continue to work. If it is disrupted, I will be completely exhausted at the end of the day. I apologise to those who are disappointed with my poor response. Definitely will give you priority and full attention should there be urgent and threatening matter. God bless.
Finally it pours. A good break for everyone working under the hot Sun. It's pointless to stay back at my workplace, so I left early to meet up with Margaret in town. In fact, we are thinking of going for a short vacation somewhere in May. Gosh! My brother Thomas & family together with my sister Jessie are traveling to Europe next month. How I wish we could join them. Sigh...... Happy Holidays!
I have been holding back and wonder am I that weird or ............ I simply can't see eye to eye with a few loved ones and worst, can't stand the sight of them nowadays. I am sure it's vice versa. In fact, we were accused of mocking at them on many occasions when they themselves behave abnormal all the while. Swear by God, we love to be humble and friendly always. Whatever, it don't bother me and my family. Thankfully, we meet up on rare occasions out of necessity and after that, we go separate ways. To each his own..........

Smily's writing desk in the living room was infested with termite. It had been with us since 1996 and sadly, we had to send it to the bin center. My colleague will be away for 5 to 6 days in early April. Wah lau.......... I have to cover his duty. I may need to camp overnight in my office for the rushing work by then. Argh........
Despite all the 'lo hei (s)' and 'huat ah (s)' during the lunar New Year, we return empty-handed from unsuccessful bets on Toto, 4D and Big Sweep. I am not a gambler, so my loss is minimal. I need a dose of heavy metal music after a tiring day at work. It's rather energizing especially on my return journey back home at night. Stargazer, Stormbringer, Immigration Song, etc.......... OMG! By the time I reach home, I am refreshed. Who is this Vincent Eio? He was my primary school classmate and a former lead guitarist of our band 'Sad'. I must thank Facebook for he found me there and added me to his account. The wonder of IT. In fact we lost track of each other ever since we started our career in the 80s'. Well, together with Mike Poh, I am sure a 'jam session' is imminent. Sad to say, I may not last more than 2 songs. Why? You need lots of energy and stamina to rock. Still, the show must go on......
